For the Pellow family and our staff, involvement in real estate is more than just business. It’s about immersing ourselves in local communities, promoting a rural lifestyle while sharing the attractions of the Riverina SW Slopes.
Community Matters at QPL
As a business we are very, team, family and community orientated.
A number of principles guide our family business strategy, our team and individual actions.
One of these principles is Community Participation and Promotion. Underlying this is our goal to make a difference in every community we serve.
A LITTLE RAY OF GIVING
We have been running this initiative since 2012,
initially in Temora and then in Narrandera.
Each year we encourage people to help by putting a small gift under our Giving Tree and we are always overwhelmed by the number of people who donate gifts for children.
You will also find us fundraising to purchase vouchers to assist families at Christmas.
Narrandera Rotary have also become involved
with this helping with the delivery of the presents, and our staff get great satisfaction from seeing the difference this makes to people at Christmas.
OUR GIVING MISSION
To contribute to and make the community a better place by having us, and value the contributions we make.
VOLUNTEERING
Some of our community involvement is purely volunteering, and some is purely sponsorship but most often it is a combination of both.
Volunteering fits perfectly in our business values and culture. We put aside time to discuss and plan for each individual’s and the team’s community involvement as well as our financial investment.
QPL staff get genuine satisfaction from helping the community in as many ways as we can. Being active in this way gives us a sense of pride to be able to give back for all the support we receive.
